  • Quotations and custom project requests: Your contact name, company or brand name, email address, and any optional phone number, LINE ID, project type, quantity, budget, requested delivery date and project details. We use this information to answer inquiries, assess feasibility, prepare quotations and communicate about your project.
  • Custom files and correspondence: Photos, artwork, logos, text, approved designs and communications you provide by email, LINE or another agreed channel. We use them for design, samples, production, specification approval and after-sales support. Please provide only what is needed for your commission. If the material contains another person's information or photos, please first ensure you have the authority to provide it and commission its use.
  • Orders, delivery and billing: Products purchased, quantities, order numbers, contact and delivery details, billing or invoice information, and information required for payment, reconciliation or refunds. We use this information to process transactions, arrange delivery, issue records, handle returns and exchanges, and meet legal obligations. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment service according to the payment method you select.
  • Customer accounts and support: Identification, contact and transaction information you provide when using account features or requesting support. We use this information to provide account services, look up orders, verify identity and respond to questions. Whether an account is required, and which fields are needed, are shown on the applicable page.
  • Website usage information: The website and our platform provider, Shopify, may record IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, browsing activity and shopping interactions. This information is used to operate the website, cart and checkout, maintain security, prevent fraud, analyze traffic and improve services.

If you separately subscribe or agree to receive marketing information, we will use your contact information within the scope of that notice and applicable law. You may opt out at any time through the method provided in the message or by emailing us. Necessary order, delivery and support messages will still be provided as needed for your transaction. Submitting an inquiry or custom files does not mean that you agree to every marketing use.

If information marked as required, or necessary to complete a transaction, is missing, incomplete or inaccurate, we may be unable to answer your inquiry, confirm custom specifications, complete your order or arrange delivery. Optional information may be left blank, and you can also contact us by email. Please do not send identity documents, full credit card details, health information or other sensitive information unrelated to your request through a general inquiry field.

3. How information is used and who may receive it

We process information through electronic systems, email, messaging tools, documents and manual procedures to the extent necessary for the purposes described above. Depending on the service, information may be received or processed by:

  • LOX personnel who need the information to handle inquiries, design, production, shipping, billing or customer support.
  • Shopify and its service providers, which provide our online store, website hosting, transaction functions and related technical services.
  • Payment, financial and logistics providers that handle transactions, refunds, shipping or collection according to the payment and delivery methods you choose.
  • Service providers engaged for a particular project to assist with production, printing, packaging, accounting or system maintenance, limited to the information needed for that work.
  • Authorities legally entitled to request information, or parties that lawfully need it to resolve disputes or protect legitimate rights and interests.

Any use beyond the original purpose of collection will be handled under applicable law and any required notice, consent or other lawful basis. Public display of custom photos, text or case studies that identify a person also requires an appropriate lawful basis and authorization. Submitting a production request alone does not constitute unrestricted permission to publish that material.

4. Processing locations and retention

Processing locations: LOX conducts its business in Taiwan. Because this website uses Shopify and other services, information may also be stored and processed outside Taiwan in places where those service providers and their processors operate or process data, including Canada and the United States. Retention: Retention depends on the purpose and necessity of each category of information, including the time needed to handle an inquiry or project, fulfill an order and provide after-sales support, and meet accounting, tax, dispute-resolution or other legal retention requirements. When the purpose no longer exists or the applicable period expires, we will delete the information or stop processing or using it as required by law. Where the law permits or requires continued retention, those rules apply. You may email us to ask about the basis for retaining particular information or to request deletion or cessation of use.

Changes that legally require separate notice or consent will be handled accordingly; updating this page alone does not replace a legally required procedure.
